KORALLA FINDIK GIDA SANAYİ VE TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ.

We view hazelnuts not merely as a raw material, but as a product of the region's climate, labour and traditional trading culture. Every batch progresses through intake, cleaning, roasting and packaging against measurable criteria.

To deliver long-term stability to our customers, we bring together a trained team, modern processing lines and laboratory verification under one roof.

Chairman of the Board · Koralla Fındık Gıda Sanayi Ltd. Şti.

As Koralla Fındık, we continue to satisfy our business partners and customers in the growing hazelnut sector without compromising the quality of our service.

I sincerely believe that, with the knowledge, experience, determination and expertise we have accumulated over the years, we will remain a sustainable and effective presence in the market.

Our goal at Koralla Fındık is to bring the finest and highest-quality hazelnuts to our customers in both domestic and international markets. Making them happy while continuously improving our company's quality standards is our greatest ambition.

With these thoughts and feelings, I extend my regards to our colleagues, business partners and customers.

Heritage & Timeline

Our institutional memory was shaped by decisions that grew sharper each year, from the field to the factory.

  1. Hazelnut trading activity pioneered by the Demirci family; the foundation of a culture of close collaboration with regional producers.

  2. Capacity expansion, entry into export markets and the institutionalisation of quality-control processes.

  3. Modern facility investments, laboratory infrastructure and specialisation in the industrial customer segment.

  4. Traceable production, diverse roasting profiles and flexible solutions across B2B and B2C channels.

Koralla heritage — hazelnuts and history

Our Production Facility

Our cracking and integrated processing facilities in Görele, along with our quality-control laboratory, form the traceable production infrastructure that takes us from raw material to finished product.

  • Koralla cracking facility

    Cracking Facility

Our in-shell hazelnut cracking facility in Görele, Giresun district, was established in 2009. The facility has a daily cracking capacity of 300 tonnes of in-shell hazelnuts. Covering 13,000 square metres of total area with 3,800 square metres of enclosed space, it is one of the most modern hazelnut cracking facilities in the region. Our cracking section is equipped with two hazelnut laser-sorting machines, operating at full capacity with the latest technology.

  • Koralla integrated facility

    Integrated Processing Facility

Our integrated hazelnut processing facility was commissioned in 1996 to expand the company's capacity. It has the capability to produce 30 tonnes of roasted natural kernel, 35 tonnes of blanched natural kernel, 15 tonnes of chopped, 20 tonnes of hazelnut flour and 5 tonnes of sliced kernel. We have continually renewed our technology, bringing the integrated facility to a level of superior quality in hazelnut processing. In addition, with laser and Sortex sorting machines, we carefully prepare hazelnuts of different structures and sizes. As Koralla Fındık, we hold ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System and BRC certifications, applying these standards across all processes to keep quality at the forefront.

  • Koralla quality laboratory

    Laboratory

Our facility houses its own Quality Control laboratory, where chemical, microbiological, sensory and physical analyses can be performed on both incoming raw materials and in-process and finished products. The recording system in place ensures traceability from raw material to finished product and back again.
