Sustainability
To carry the heritage of the Black Sea's hazelnut orchards to future generations, we take responsibility at every step from production to supply.
Sustainable Food
We see food safety as the foundation of sustainability. From raw material intake to packaging, every lot is monitored for moisture, aflatoxin and foreign matter, and verified in our laboratory.
To reduce waste we plan production against real demand, and we aim for a circular model by channelling by-products such as shells and skins into energy and feed value chains.
Equality
Hazelnuts are the product of labour. We are committed to fair working conditions in the orchard and the factory, equal pay for equal work, and a safe workplace.
We support women's employment at every level of production, and we work with local stakeholders to improve housing and social rights for seasonal workers. We operate with zero tolerance for child labour.
Environment and Energy
We continuously improve energy and water efficiency across our processes. Heat recovery on roasting and drying lines, efficient lighting and waste separation are standard practice.
Renewable energy investment is on our roadmap, and we are building the infrastructure to measure and report our carbon footprint.
Supporting Local Growers
For three generations we have sourced from the same orchards, thanks to long-term relationships built on trust. Pre-harvest guidance, fair pricing and on-time payment are our principles.
We share knowledge with our growers to spread good agricultural practice, and we prioritise partnerships that encourage young farmers to stay in hazelnut farming.
