Hazelnut Flour (Blanched) — Industrial

Produced with a daily capacity of 20 tonnes. Obtained by milling blanched, skinless hazelnut kernels; its light colour and fine texture suit pastry, bakery and filling applications.

Milling fineness and oil content are adjusted to the customer specification. Every batch is verified in our laboratory for moisture, aflatoxin and foreign-matter parameters.

Packaging: 10 kg / 25 kg vacuum or modified-atmosphere cartons and sacks.

Produced in accordance with the Turkish Food Codex.
