Roasted Hazelnut Kernels — Industrial

Produced on our integrated line with a daily capacity of 30 tonnes of natural kernel roasting. The roasting degree is set separately for each application area (chocolate filling, biscuit, ice cream, confectionery), and colour and moisture values are verified in our laboratory for every batch.

Laser and Sortex optical sorters remove foreign material and defective kernels. Size calibration is offered in 9–11 mm, 11–13 mm and 13–15 mm ranges on request.

Packaging: 10 kg / 25 kg vacuum or modified-atmosphere cartons and sacks.

Produced in accordance with the Turkish Food Codex.
