Chopped Hazelnuts — Industrial

Produced with a daily chopping capacity of 15 tonnes. Prepared from roasted or blanched kernels at a controlled granulometry using sieve systems.

Standard ranges are 2–4 mm and 4–6 mm; other ranges can be produced on request. Dust content and oil release are controlled so that filling and coating applications keep the expected texture.

Packaging: 10 kg / 25 kg vacuum or modified-atmosphere cartons and sacks.

Produced in accordance with the Turkish Food Codex.
